This site presents the money transfer service offered by GLF as a partner service point of the Ria network.

The money transfer service is a payment service. This service is provided by Ria, a licensed payment institution authorised to provide payment services in France. GLF is not a payment institution: GLF acts solely as a partner service point and transfer operations are carried out through the Ria network, in accordance with Ria's terms.

5.Intellectual property

All elements of the site (structure, text, layouts, graphics, illustrations, the GLF logo) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, without the publisher's prior written authorisation, is prohibited and may constitute infringement.

The "Ria" and "Ria Money Transfer" trademarks, along with the associated logos, remain the exclusive property of their owner. They appear on the site solely in connection with the service-point partnership and may not be reused without the owner's consent.

6.Personal data

The controller of data collected through the site is the sole proprietorship Arnaud Franchini (GLF), at the address given in Article 1.

Data is processed for the following purposes: responding to contact requests, managing the customer relationship and, in connection with money transfer operations, complying with legal obligations regarding identity verification and anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing (AML-CTF).

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability regarding data concerning you. These rights may be exercised with GLF by email at guichet@gweva.fr or by post to the registered address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

Data collected under AML-CTF obligations is retained for the period set by the applicable regulations. Other data is retained for the period strictly necessary for the purposes pursued.

Given the nature of the service, it is recommended to supplement this notice with a dedicated privacy policy detailing the processing related to transfer operations and data sharing with Ria.
